Dance classes not only serve as a fun weekly activity but it’s often times where the strongest childhood friendships are formed. It’s where we come together as friends of all backgrounds in a space where we can just be ourselves and love one another. Our studios have always been about acceptance, confidence and non judgement place for dancers to be exactly who they are, but everyone needs to look at how they can contribute more fully.  Through our storybook themes, we include a diverse picture of our students because while princesses are adorable and strong and brave, not all heroines & hero’s wear crowns. Instead, we hope our heroines and hero’s of the future wear their hearts on their sleeves. We also offer a series of on demand classes featuring stories speaking to acceptance. All kids need to see that their future selves are capable of everything and can live without fear of who they are. Everyone making small changes adds up to a more accepting and peaceful world.
