DANCE DREAM MAKER

Bring your energy, love of dance, and desire to work with young children and become part of our dance staff. The Dance Dream Makers at Bella Ballerina are the teachers who lead our story book themed classes in many genres of dance and help create childhood memories to last a lifetime!  Our full and part time teachers have either a professional dance background, dance education background, and/or strong dance experience and have worked with children.  The team at Bella Ballerina sets a very high bar for energy level, patience, creating an experience, and reliability and also supports each other like you've never seen!
This role requires a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and project management skills.  You will be given responsibilities to handle on your own beyond the classroom with the expectation that they will be completed in a timely manner.

BELLA BACKUP TEAM

Even the best teachers need time off! Our dedicated staff of Dance Dream Makers need a top notch backup when it comes to making sure their students will be in good hands while they’re out of the studio! Our Bella Backup team of substitute teachers are trained to offer the same amazing classroom and customer experience as our regular staff so that our families are still getting nothing but the best!

EVENT SQUAD MEMBER

Our studios attend numerous community and promotional events throughout the year and need personnel that understand what Bella Ballerina has to offer in order to get everyone excited about dance & spread the word about our studios!  Members of the events squad travel to local events, take charge of event set up and on-site promotions as well as run demonstration pieces for attending children to participate in! 
The Event Squad also is in charge of hosting Bella Birthday Celebrations (the perfect way for a dancer to spend their special day)  and Dance Camps at our studios.  When applying, you can indicate what types of events you prefer to work based on your level of experience!

BELLA BESTIE

Bella Ballerina is a rapidly growing company and therefore needs lots just as much support behind the curtain as it does in front of it!  We are always looking for Bella Besties to assist our local studio owners with phone calls and emails.  Think of them as Fairy Call Mothers :)  All the parents registering their kiddos need a Bella Bestie on their side helping them to find the perfect class, answer all of their questions and answer the occasional email with super random questions!  Bella Bestie positions are remote so they're perfect for someone looking to work from home!
